Share a listening link, rough mix, references, release date, and the service you need. We confirm the scope and file requirements before work begins.

03 · Refine
Listen. Give focused notes.
Review on familiar listening systems and send one organized set of notes per revision. Revision scope, alternate versions, and any scope changes are confirmed before work begins.
Prepare your files.
- Export clearly labeled WAV multitracks from the same start point at the original session sample rate.
- Include your rough mix, tempo, key if known, and one or two reference tracks.
- Keep intentional sound-design effects. Supply dry vocal versions where practical and explain what should stay.
- Avoid clipping. Do not normalize or add a limiter solely to make exports louder.
- For mastering, send the approved stereo mix and note any processing essential to its sound.
- Use a shareable folder link with download access enabled.

Can I work with EARS remotely?
Yes. Send your project details and accessible file links through the inquiry form. Scope, schedule, and delivery needs are confirmed before the project starts.
Are revisions included?
Revision scope is confirmed before work begins. Send consolidated notes and flag additional recordings, alternate versions, or major arrangement changes.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the project and current schedule. Include your target release date in the inquiry so delivery can be agreed before booking.
Do I need mixing or mastering?
If the vocal, instruments, balance, or effects need individual attention, start with mixing. Mastering works from an approved stereo mix and does not replace multitrack mixing.
